I'm a junior full-stack developer based in Aachen - frontend is where I spend most of my time, but I'm comfortable going deep into the backend when the problem calls for it.
I'm currently completing my bachelor thesis at FEV Europe GmbH while finishing my B.Sc. in Computer Science at FH Aachen.
My thesis is on GenAI observability - figuring out how to make LLM behavior in real systems visible, measurable, and actually useful to act on.

Bachelor Thesis: GenAI Observability & Monitoring
- Investigated practical approaches to track, evaluate, and explain LLM pipeline behavior in production.
- Assessed observability tooling such as Langfuse for tracing, latency, and feedback visibility.
- Built a telemetry SDK prototype and integrating it into internal workflows.
- Designed a unified telemetry model for usage, latency, and feedback signals.
Full-Stack Developer — Working Student (External at FEV)
- Optimized a backend-heavy review pipeline, reducing analysis runtime from ~4.5 min to ~1 min by parallelizing independent AI/API calls.
- Integrated chat-based exploration features for AI-generated reports and analysis outputs.
- Maintained and refined responsive UI components (complex steppers and proprietary workflows) across 10+ internal tools in total across internship + working-student periods.
- Reviewed code, refactored Flask components and improved API interaction performance for analysis pipelines.
Full-Stack Developer — Intern
- Built an end-to-end internal finder tool with map visualizations, advanced filtering, and skeleton loaders.
- Cut initial page load from 5-9s down to ~1.5s through server-side pagination and optimized data handling.
- Reduced pagination latency from ~1.5s to nearly <0.2s using client-side caching and prefetching strategies.
- Resolved timeout issues by moving long-running checks to background Python threads and sending progress updates via WebSocket.
- Implemented dynamic backend querying with chunked/streamed responses for large filtered datasets.
- Prototyped a React-based pilot to evaluate migration paths from vanilla JavaScript.
- Supported onboarding of new team members into internal tools and workflows.
